Our Prices/Quoting Method's
On this page we will give you details of how we can give you a quote/price on cleaning your items. Please note, due to costs to get to your location, set up and time to do the work, we have a minimum charge of £65.
Residential Carpet Cleaning
For residential carpet cleaning, we charge by the square footage of carpet being cleaned. We believe this is the best way to quote as you only pay for the carpet areas being done. So obviously, if you have bedrooms and want us to work around the beds and not move them YOU ONLY PAY FOR THE CARPET AREA BEING CLEANED. Unlike some companies that charge you for the whole room, we are exact in our pricing.
For this reason for multiple rooms it is normally necessary for us to come out and do the quote for you, so we can quickly calculate the square footage and give you an accurate quote – WE DO NOT CHARGE TO COME AND QUOTE.
If you have a single room and can provide the dimensions of it in length and width (you don’t have to be accurate within an inch, just within a foot will do!), then we can give you a costing for that without seeing it.
More recently, another way we can give an estimate is if you send detailed images of the rooms/areas by WhatsApp or email and we can very often quote on more than one room that way. Our contact details can be found here.
Residential Upholstery Cleaning
For residential upholstery cleaning including chairs, sofa’s, leather and curtains, we will always need to see the items to give a quote.
This is because unlike carpets where there is generally only 3 types of fibre used in their make up, with upholstery there are many, many more fabric mixes. Some of these can be heat or wet sensitive, so we will always check the upholstery before booking it in for cleaning. Likewise with leather, there are numerous variations in how it is finished and so we need to see it to be able to know exactly what it is and how/if it can be cleaned.
So, we will normally call out to see the items but you are also welcome to send images by WhatsApp or email if you prefer. We can normally tell the type of fabric from the images but will let you know if we still need to see the item ‘in the flesh’ if not. Our contact details can be found here.
Hard Floor Cleaning
For hard floor cleaning, if you give us a call so we can discuss the flooring type, we will advise if we need to call out to see the areas. This will normally be the case for hard floors especially if in a commercial environment.

For pressure washing services its normally best we see the areas to check the surfaces, drainage, water supply etc.

Commercial Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning
Commercial areas such as offices, nurseries, gyms and medical centres etc will normally be bigger, more complicated areas to quote due to desks and corridors etc. We will always need to come out to do a free quote for commercial areas. It also gives us the opportunity to see what type of flooring/upholstery you have and the level of soiling, so we can determine the best method of cleaning for you and advise accordingly.

Infection Control - Electrostatic Fogging
We understand that very often, being able to call out to see a building that needs our electrostatic fogging service won’t be possible.
So to determine costs for this, please give us a call to discuss the type of property so we can have an idea of the size of the building. We will sometimes also ask for images of the areas as well if possible/needed, sent by WhatsApp or email, to give more detail of the areas.
